Dishwashers have now become a common household item. However, long before that they had become an intrinsic part of a commercial set up, especially in hotels and restaurants. People are often unaware of how a commercial dishwasher functions. At first, the wash tank is filled up followed by the heating of the rinse boiler. The wash tank is consequently heated after which the dishwasher is ready for operation. After the LED panel flashes and indicates that the dishwasher is ready for operation, you can start loading the machine with the dishes.
During the course of the wash and the rinse process, all you need to do is:
- Choose a desired wash cycle in case the machine offers you the option to select from multiple cycles.
- Turn the switch on or press on the start button
- The dishwasher operates by circulating and re-circulating the warm water and detergent solution that is stored in the wash tank. The water is circulated around different parts of the wash cycle and that too at a considerably high speed.
- After the conclusion of the wash cycle, the machine is stopped for a brief while before rinsing the dishes with fresh warm water.
- After the conclusion of the wash cycle, the dishwasher automatically stops, and the dishes can be unloaded
- You can also re-load the dishwasher for a second stint and start its operations once it is re-heated.
You need to conduct adequate research prior to investing in commercial dishwashers. There are a number of companies that specialise in the manufacture of such equipments. If you do not have adequate funds to arrange for a brand new purchase, then you can also invest in a used dishwasher. However, you need to inspect the machine prior to purchase to check that it is working fine.
