Holidays! There is no other time of the year that is better for a decorator. Homes transform themselves from fall to Halloween. Thanksgiving to winter and Christmas or Hanukah to New Year's. Now comes the overwhelming thought….how can you decorate your home for all these different seasons without breaking the bank?
The basics
When you are decorating your home for the holidays, you may consider Painting, furniture where you need it, adding different area rugs, like the flokati rugs or any modern area rug. The basics should be plain and simple because you will be adding the classy, charm and elegant holiday decorations to spruce it all up. Some people change out curtains and pillows for the holidays as well. Go ahead and begin to get those additions ready when everything is offered on clearance.
