The High Speed Variable Motor
The high speed variable motor is incredibly efficient. The three speeds the motor can be set at are low, medium, and fast. The motor is turned on by pulling the chain located on the back of the motor. Pulling the chain again will increase the speed. The speed will increase with each successive pull on the chain until the fourth time the chain is pulled; this will turn off the motor.
The three prong knob located at the base of the motor is the tilt adjustment which is used to change the angle of the fan. The tilt can be adjusted up to 30 degrees up or down from the zero degree setting.
The Blade and Cage Assembly
The blade and cage assembly are easily detached and attached to the motor. This enables quick removal in order to clean and dust. All the bolts can be loosened with a crescent wrench (adjustable wrench).
